The console on the far wall is your objective. The first thing you want to do is access it and request new telemetry data, then download the data. There is a First Aid Kit on the wall in the back, to the left. The fastest way out is to head through the door in the back on the left.

Watch out for two turrets as you make your way up the stairs. When you reach the door at the top, head on out.

Once you are outside you may be able to fast travel. If not, then there is probably an Albino Radscorpion down on the ground below and to your left.

Head back to Scribe Rothchild and talk to him. He won't be happy, but giving him the data you've recovered will help a bit. He'll then tell you to go speak to Elder Lyons.

Elder Lyons could use a little cheering up. During your conversation with him you'll get the quest complete notification.
