The Amazing Aqua Cura Walkthrough - Fallout 3 - Broken Steel

To get this quest, head on over to Underworld at the Museum of History. You'll see signs for The Amazing Aqua Cura that will lead you to Griffon. Have a chat with him and get a bottle of Aqua Cura. Drink it, and then talk to him again. Mention to him that it seems to be irradiated.

After you conversation with Griffon you'll be heading over to Scribe Bigsley at Project Purity, also known as Jefferson Memorial. While Bigsley doesn't seem overly intersted he will tell you where he delivers the water.

Your next stop is Museum Authority. This building isn't far from the Washington Monument or Underworld.

Head on in through the side door. Be aware that there are three Ghoul guards that you'll have to deal with, which are actually no challenge at all.

Fight your way to the basement where you will find this recording on a table between the bathtubs. You'll also find a note on one of the guards. As mentioned, the Ghoul guards are not any real trouble at all, so don't be too concerned about running into them.

Go back and speak to Griffon with the evidence in hand. You'll have a few options, but making him confess to his clients is the most amusing. After his confession, his clients will express their displeasure. Once they've finished with Griffon, search his body for some loot, including 600 caps.
